Ultipro goes live effective Saturday, December 22nd! This means that you will need to start entering time in Ultipro and not in Paychex.

Ultipro login instructions:

URL: Ultipro

Username: Work Email Address (If you do not have a work email address, it will be your personal email address)

Password: DOB (MMDDYYYY)

IMPORTANT: Be advised that paystub and W-2 history in Paychex will NOT be transferred over to UltiPro. If you wish to keep copies of prior paystubs and W-2’s, you need to print or download them to your personal computer before Paychex is turned off on January 11th, 2019!
